We are a psychotherapy group practice that provides Holistic mental health services for the whole family. We see individuals, couples, and families using evidence based treatments to address the mind body and soul. Our practice has a clinician that is able to see children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental issues, to include depression, anxiety, conduct issues, and marital distress. We also offer services for those wanting self development in the form of wellness coaching. Our clinicians are diverse in backgrounds, clinical styles, and specialties which allows us to match our clients to the appropriate therapist.
There comes a point in time in everyone’s life where life challenges you in a new way, and the tools that you used in the past no longer provide any relief. It is at that time that reaching out for help, guidance, or just a nonjudgmental sounding board becomes so important. You may be a mother overwhelmed with the demands of raising children and balancing a career. You may not know how to say “No” in relationships. You may know that your depression or anxiety is starting to intensify and keep you from living the life that you desire. You may be a parent confused about how to help your child cope with the challenges of growing up in today’s world. You may not quite know what the “issue” is, but life just feels hard and overwhelming. Whatever the concern, your therapist is trained to listen and attune to you in a very special way.
